Stop Throwing Away Sprouted Potatoes and Soft Onions
You open the cupboard and there they are again: soft onions, sprouting potatoes, another handful of good food going in the bin.
It happens because light and stale air speed up spoiling, so Rootwick uses a light-blocking nonwoven body with breathable weave to slow it right down.
The one thing that matters most is simple: keep your veg dark, airy and easy to reach, without digging through a pile every time.
The lower zipper lets you pull out older stock first while fresh stock stays undisturbed on top, so every potato and onion gets used before it turns - and your pantry finally looks like it belongs to someone in control.
Why 10,000+ Customers Love Rootwick
✔ End the Weekly Spoilage Toss - The opaque nonwoven fabric blocks out light that makes potatoes sprout and onions soften, so your veg stays fresher for longer in a dark, closed bag.
✔ Never Dig Through a Pile Again - A lower access zipper lets you grab older produce from the bottom first, so you always use the oldest stock without tipping the whole bag out.
✔ Keep Air Moving, Not Trapped - The heat-bonded nonwoven material lets air pass through when the bag isn't overfilled, so moisture doesn't build up and cause rot.
✔ A Pantry That Finally Stands Up Straight - The wide, self-standing base holds the bag upright on its own, so it sits neatly in a cupboard or pantry shelf instead of flopping over.
FAQ
Q: Will this stop my potatoes from sprouting completely?
A: No bag can stop sprouting or mould completely. Rootwick blocks light and allows airflow to slow spoiling, but you should still check contents regularly.
Q: Can I machine wash it?
A: No. Clean it by gently wiping the fabric. Do not machine wash or iron it.
